This role involves developing and updating equipment guidelines, troubleshooting technical issues, and enhancing the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and product yield.
Responsible for the installation, use, and debugging of existing automation production, testing, and packaging equipment, including troubleshooting and fault resolution. Develop and regularly update maintenance and employee operation guidelines for equipment such as stringers, laminators, automatic conveyor belts, workpiece rotation and lifting equipment, edge trimming and framing equipment, automatic gluing and welding equipment, robotic arms and reversing equipment, stacking and palletizing equipment, and Kuka robotic arms.
Responsible for the regular maintenance of existing automation equipment, program and work-hour optimization, and improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and product yield.
